And travel to the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains and Southern Highlands.
Our signature offering is the Daughters Feast for sit down receptions and the Butchers Table for stand up.
Menus are in tune with the season, just like the flowers. And tribute the colours from your flowers into the dishes we create for you.
Red roses are a wondrous match with pork belly and strawberries for suggestion, and all shades of orange go with papaya pavlova and boozed cream.
